Every morning at 7:35, I brush and floss my teeth. My toothbrush goes back in the same spot as the day before, my toothpaste in the drawer. My gums don’t bleed, and my teeth welcome the refresher. (Since my teenage slumber-party years, they’ve come to expect this treatment.)
