December is loaded for me.

Crisp mornings when I can almost see my breath, sitting right there by the Christmas tree, are my favorite. I’ll wake early enough that the heat hasn’t kicked in but those twinkling white lights, at that hour, emit a sort of heat that makes me forget that it’s winter.
