In an hour, I’ll close this laptop and drive Caleb across town for his first-ever cello lesson. He’s been begging to play the cello for years. I love the depth of this instrument and what it adds to a musical piece — it’s not for lack of enthusiasm that we’ve held him back; we just made a flash decision last week that now is the time.
