Sara I genuinely believe the Lord uses you as one of the loudest and most timely wise voices in my life...consistently!! I am actually teaching at a women’s event next Thursday on the theme of “Bloom” and am literally talking about this very concept. Using Psalm 1:3 and the language of how the healthy tree “brings forth fruit IN IT’S SEASON,” and how even healthy trees winter. That Habakkuk passage is 100% going into my teaching. Thank you for your heart and always insightful thoughts, you are such a dear and trusted voice to me!!
Im in so many windows of “paradox” currently and this spoke so deeply to my soul. That we could ask God to find new life in this season, while still grieving the last… wow. A lot to chew on, and go to the Father with.
"... can we receive the fruit that He has for the next season while still grieving the last?" Like you, I don't know the answer to that question, but I'm going to be asking as well. What a great question.
“And maybe the greater the pain, the greater my newly carved capacity for joy. “ -This. Yes, my heart echos the same. Even when one pain morphs into another...His whisper to you about a deeper joy--I’ve been hearing it too.

Very thoughtful and insightful. He often brings us the best work in the middle of the pain. Causes us to seek Him and hear Him clearly. Kudos.

Just the wisdom and insight I needed to read tonight, Sara. You are, indeed, a wordsmith ♥️ Thank you for sharing your beautiful heart with us.

Thank you Sara.
His timing is perfect! I need to soak in these scriptures. This read caught me right in this paradox and asking these questions before the Lord!❤️🙏🏾⚓️
I’m here!!!
